DOE issued iPad Troubleshooting

Our current troubleshooting steps are:

  1. Turn off Wi-Fi, attempt to visit

  2. Check the Crowdstrike app to see if it's downloaded.

a. If it is, open it to make sure there are no errors in the app

b. If not, hold a finger on it to cancel the update

3.Turn on Airplane Mode, wait 15 seconds, then turn it off.

4. Give the device time to sync with Intune

a. Or if you're working with one of the DOE technicians on the phone, they should push a sync command from Intune

5. Open the z-scaler app to check if it signs in automatically and connects successfully

6. If not, the last measure is to restage the device by going to Settings app, General, Reset, Erase all content and settings

Cancel Crowdstrike app to allow All apps to download.
